All That For A Few Cases Of Beer?!?!?!

555 Houston, TX - On Sunday, Nov. 15, 2015, at approximately 12:20 p.m., the suspect pushed a shopping cart with four cases of beer out of the super store located in the 5900 block of the Gulf Freeway without paying for the items. A police officer, working at the store, approached the suspect as he was loading the beer into the back of his vehicle. The suspect saw the officer then ran and got into the driver's seat of his vehicle. The officer ran behind the suspect and got between the open driver's door and the suspect. The suspect reversed his vehicle out of the parking space, dragging the officer by the vehicle's door and striking a vehicle as he tried to escape. The suspect almost struck the officer and three pedestrians as he fled in his vehicle. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, standing approximately 5'10" and weighing approximately 300-360 lbs. The suspect has short black hair, a black goatee and was wearing a red Houston Texans baseball cap, a gold necklace, a gold watch on his right wrist and a gold bracelet on his left wrist. The suspect was driving a 2003-2006 black Ford Expedition that has possible damage on the back of the vehicle.
