Phone Theft in London - Caught on dash cam - 24 Dec 2015

555 Phone snatching is a common crime in London. Cyclists come from behind and grab the phone from victim's hand. These two were cycling in Upper Street, Islington, when one of them spots a victim and moves to the sidewalk. You can see at the 40s mark when they prepare for the theft and after that I tried to follow the thieves but get blocked by another driver doing a three points turn. *sigh*
