Pregnant Teen Wants Charges In Christmas Day Assault

555 Muskegon, MI - A pregnant Muskegon teenager who was beaten up on Christmas Day is now calling for criminal charges against the girl behind the attack, which was recorded. The disturbing video shows 15-year-old Jasmine Cruz being hit in the head multiple times by a girl. At one point, the attacker steps on Cruz's stomach. The person recording the attack can be heard laughing and acting like a hood rat during the assualt. Cruz said she didn't realize the assault was recorded until a friend saw it on Facebook. "I wasn't worried about nothing else but my baby," said Cruz. "I just came in the house, I was shaking." Cruz gave 24 Hour News 8 a copy of a hospital pregnancy test. She said she's eight weeks pregnant.
