The footage of the woman was shared more than 112,000 times on social media before it was picked up by police. The woman reportedly hurt the pug , said to be named Ben, during a heated argument with her boyfriend according to WDAM. Officers have identified the suspect as Brandi Chin and say she has allegedly hurt the same dog before. They are now working to track her down after she is believed to have gone into hiding.
