San Francisco State employee assaults white student for having dreadlocks

555 She reportedly works for the Associated Students Programs and Services dept. Asks her friend "do you have scissors?" at the start, implying a threat to have his hair cut against his will. Forcibly tries to stop him from leaving (assault + kidnap). Likely worse was about to happen before she realized she was being filmed. Occurred at San Francisco State University on 3/28/2016.
