The two officers are seen on top of a woman one officer is seen in the dashcam video holding her and another officer hitting her and handcuffing her. A Jacksonville Sheriff's Office officer was fired and arrested after a video showed him striking and kicking a woman in handcuffs at the jail, JSO Undersheriff Pat Ivey announced Thursday. JSO said the incident happened after the woman was drunk and had resisted arrest at the Scores Bar. The former officer, Akinyemi A. Borisade, had only been on the force for about 13 months. He now faces a battery charge in connection with the incident.
