Ukraine: OSCE investigate deadly shelling south-west of Donetsk *GRAPHIC*

555 Members of the OSCE's Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine investigated a shelling incident in which four people including a pregnant woman were killed, Wednesday, at the Elenovka checkpoint south-west of Donetsk. SOT, Eduard Basurin, Deputy Defence Minister, self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (Russian): "Another tragedy happened here today at 2:46 in the morning when 82-mm calibre shells hit. I would like to mention that it was a planned attack because an unmanned aerial vehicle flew here before the attack and it chose the targets. As a result of this crime five people were killed and eight injured. I say five people because one woman was pregnant." SOT, Eduard Basurin, Deputy Defence Minister, self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (Russian): "They must realise that there will be a punishment for those who gave the order and those who executed it because they are criminals."
