No overhead casting, No problem ("The Master Baiter" air cannon)

555 May 29th, 2016. I was fishing this morning with friends at Oceanside pier in California, when I bumped into this guy. He uses an air cannon to launch his bait/tackle into the ocean. He calls it the "Master Baiter". More or less a fancy potato gun. Range about 300 yards, for 70 PSI. 8 OZ cannon weight. Uses compressed air. 100% legal. Cost to build: just under $100
