555 I was walking along the piers on the west side of Manhattan on Monday, as were hundreds of other families and children, when I came upon this fine couple. "We're just playin' around" the orca snorted to me. Mayor Bill de Blasio supporters no doubt... Others called 911 and the cops soon arrived, but not before the male had fled the scene. Woman was taken into custody as an EDP, which in New York City stands for "every day person" .
