Wheel Flies off Passing Garbage Truck and Knocks Down Security Guard

555 A security guard at Rambam Hospital in Haifa was injured this morning (Monday) when a wheel broke off a garbage truck of the Municipality of Haifa and hit her.She was transferred to hospital with minor bruises.
