Video: Police shooting at Justice Center

555 Derek Stokes snuck a handgun in his boot when he was arrested for drug possession at Lakefront Reserveration. He pretended he defecated as he reached from behind his back and fired at Ranger Chelsea McLellan as she entered the Justice Center parking.
