Gun Held to Employee Head During Robbery of Store

555 On Saturday, October 22, 2016, at 8:30 pm, an unknown black male entered the 55th Deli Market located at 1301 North 55th Street and retrieved a beverage from the refrigerator and approached the cash register. Once at the cash register the suspect pulled a handgun and violently grabs an employee, a 44 year-old male, and assaults him with the firearm. After the suspect took an unknown amount of money from the cash register he fled in an unknown direction.
