Dashcam Shows Final Moments Of 30 Minute Chase

555 Edmond, OK - Police have released video of a pursuit captured from a police patrol car dashboard. The video shows an Edmond officer using his patrol car to knock a vehicle off Broadway Avenue on Nov. 22. Mark Daniel Owens, 42, was arrested at the scene on complaints of eluding police, assault with a deadly weapon, petty larceny, possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to a news release from spokeswoman Jenny Wagnon.
