Dashcam Video Of Officer-Involved Shooting - Tulsa PD

555 Tulsa, OK - Tulsa police have released dash camera video from Thursday's officer-involved shooting. Police say Charles Day was shot by Officer Jason Angel. Police say Angel recognized Day as a suspect in a recent shooting. When Angel stopped to speak with Day, police say Day ran. Dashcam video shows the officer stopping his cruiser and exiting to talk to Day, who he recognized from the earlier investigation. Police say Angel knew Day may be armed. When Day wouldn't place his hands on the dashboard, the two left the view of the camera but the audio recording continued. The officer is heard ordering Day to put his hands behind his back and after a brief foot chase Angel radios in "shots fired." Police say Angel tried using a stun gun but it had no effect.
