Welsh police tackle a crazy man.

555 This is my first personal dashcam upload, caught it last year. Got a front row seat half naked man struggling with police. I think the guy was saying pants up don`t shoot! Enjoy it or berate me as you like.I spark up a cig and turn down the 90`s D&B music at about 2 minutes and enjoy the show. Peace out liveleak!
