Bodycam Shows Police Return Dog Stolen From Mentally Disabled Man

555 New Port Richey, FL - A dog in Pasco County was returned to the mentally disabled man that reported him stolen. Pasco County sheriff's deputies told us, Petey, the pit bull was stolen Monday night in New Port Richey while the owner was out walking him on Jenner Avenue, close to Seven Springs.
