They are paid to support and give attention to these people but instead overtake the disabled residents home and treat it like its theres. People such as the likes in this video need to be scrapped of the shoe of care work. Imagine being a disabled resident who lives in this care home needing responsible adults to look after you but instead get these strange trashy creatures treating the care home you live in like a dose house while getting paid with money that's suppose to be for you to get the best care possible. Instead disabled residents here are left like unwanted pet dogs in this house All the disabled residents in this video are the ones with faces blurred out. The rest are staff.
