Loose lorry tyre causes crash on US highway

555 A dramatic dashcam video has emerged of a lorry losing a tyre on a highway in the US causing a crash. The footage, shot on April 26 on I-75 north bound near Clarksville Georgia, shows the loose tyre rolling across the road without hitting any vehicle. However the driver in front of the filmer's car braked suddenly without leaving time to the filmer to avoid her vehicle. "The truck on the right in the lead has a set of smoking tires. As we where getting closer we noticed that there were parts falling off the tires and the smoke was getting more intense," the filmer wrote online.
