Not a pub brawl: Uganda MPs have punch-up in parliament

555 A fight erupted in Uganda's parliament that was akin to a pub brawl. MPs fiercely disputing a suggested change to the constitution exchanged blows, kicks and hits with microphone stands. A proposal has been made to lift the current age cap of 75 on presidential candidates, effectively allowing long-ruling leader Yoweri Museveni - who is 73 - to run for re-election. Some 25 MPs who contested the amendment were forcibly ejected from parliament. Other opponents then followed them out. The motion was reportedly passed later in the session on Wednesday (September 27).
