Man paralyzed during violent armed robbery

555 Police said the victim, Harrison Roebuck, runs a neighborhood store out of his home on Vine Street where he sells snacks and drinks to children. Detectives said on October 18, a robber posed as a customer who wanted to buy a Mountain Dew, but once he got inside he pulled out a gun. Police said the two robbers fled the scene in a red Hyundai Sonata, but not before shooting Roebuck six times. Roebuck said doctors at Grady Memorial Hospital have told him one of the bullets shattered his spine. "I will never walk again. That is what they are saying," Roebuck said with tears in his eyes. Roebuck had two security cameras on his house which captured the robbery on surveillance video.
