Shopkeeper sends knife-wielding robbers packing

555 Footage from a newsagents shows the moment a have-a-go hero shopkeeper chased off two knife-wielding robbers with a nothing more than a newspaper stand and a bottle of booze. The masked robbers were clad in black hoodies and brandished machetes as they burst into the shop in Northampton. They are seen threatening the shop worker, but the duo got more than they bargained for after he fought back. In the scramble we see him first use a plastic newspaper stand to defend himself before he grabs two bottles of booze off the shelves to chase them off.
