Thieves rob 87-year-old Aldi shopper by distracting her

555 CCTV footage shows the moment an 87-year-old woman was targeted by callous thieves as she shopped in a supermarket. The white-haired woman is seen speaking to a man in the fruit and veg section of the Aldi store when a second man sneaks up behind her and snatches her purse. The brazen criminal is clearly seen reaching into her handbag while his accomplice chats to her. She was wheeling her trolley around the store in Oswestry, Shropshire, when her belongings were taken. A first attempt to steal from her stalled, before a dark-haired man, holding a shopping basket, managed to get hold of her property.
