Over 130 seals found dead in the world's deepest lake

555 A mass death of over 130 seals has been recorded by local environmental services on the shore of Lake Baikal, in the regions of Irkutsk and Buryatia, Wednesday. Local: "Here there is a seal. There is a seal. Probably there are more bodies over there." Public prosecutor of Slyudyansky district: "Slyudyansky district prosecutor's office initiated the investigation into the cause of the seals' death in Lake Baikal."
