Receptionist gets killed Accidentally as the gun safety notch was open

555 A security guard at Boudl Hotel in Sanaa, Yemen went to pray handing over his security weapon to the receptionist. When he returns to take the weapon back unknowingly shoots the receptionist as the safety lock on his weapon was open.
