USA: Pedestrian captures moment terror suspect goes on the run following deadly Manhattan attack

555 A New York City pedestrian has captured moment that truck-terror attack suspect Sayfullo Saipov was arrested by New York's Police Department (NYPD) following the killing of eight people in Manhattan, New York on Tuesday. The 29-year-old Uzbek immigrant mounted a bike path and mowed pedestrians before colliding with a bus and coming to a halt. The driver reportedly left the vehicle with fake guns, shouting 'Allahu Akbar'. NYPD Deputy Commissioner John Miller stated that, Saipov, a legal permanent resident in the US, was following the instructions of so-called Islamic State (IS; formerly ISIS/ISIL).
