Don't Tase Me, Yo!

555 New Haven, CT, 12/3/2017 - bodycam footage of an encounter between several police officers and a man suspected of being high on PCP shows an escalation into use of tasers and chemical agents. An investigation cleared the use of force but recommended better training for the cops. The video appears to show poor deployment of tasers, both tactically and possibly from a use of force perspective.
