House demolition

555 I had some time to kill last summer when I was down the shore, heard this demo a street over. These guys really have skills to be able to knock a house over on such a small lot without it falling on the neighbors garage.This is about a block from the beach. This is LBI NJ. Very nice Barrier island. Mostly all residential, very few hotels so it keeps the riff raff out, unlike Seaside Heights (Jersey Shore show) which is part of the the next barrier island to the north. This particular lot is worth about $600k or more I would guess, a lot of these homes are owned by older people or passed on through inheritance. Some bought in the 50's for a few thousand. As the houses get older, some get torn down and then they build new, but go up 3 stories. Sandy totaled many houses on this island.
