Fairhope police fatally shot a man and the grand jury has ruled it justified

555 A Baldwin County grand jury has ruled unanimously that Fairhope police officers were justified in using lethal force in an October encounter. Officers fatally shot Sanders Surber, 32, of Martinsville, Va., after an Oct. 27 chase that involved a home invasion, two wrecks and an armed confrontation.
