Surveillance video shows fight leading up to deputy shooting man

In the , a man is seen lounging on the hood of a car, when the deputy's patrol car comes up the driveway. The deputy then approaches the man, who gets off the car and grabs the deputy. A ensues on the ground, showing both men struggling. The deputy manages to get up and then fires his weapon.
