An eyewitness captured on a mobile phone camera, like a man on the balcony of the fourth floor of a residential five-story building, tried to inform the employees of public utilities about the emergency condition of the structure. The tenant did this in a very graphic way, bouncing and actively rocking the wall. "You go down, write a statement and you will be repaired ... Dear, you will now fall from your floor!" - tried to reason with his man, who stood at the bottom. The last words turned out to be prophetic, the balcony could not stand the onslaught and partially collapsed. The tenant could not resist and fell to the ground. The doctors took him to a medical institution where he died from the injuries. According to preliminary information, the deceased repeatedly appealed to the management company, informing that the balcony can collapse at any moment and its present state is a danger to others. At the appearance of another commission, the man held a visual "demonstration" with a fatal outcome. At present, a pre-investigation check is conducted on the fact of the incident, in which law enforcers are going to establish all the circumstances of the emergency, including "the reasons that led to the balcony from which the fall occurred, to the destroyed state, and the persons responsible for repairing it."
