Police Shoot Man High On Drugs With Bean Bag Rounds

555 San Diego Police received calls about a man who was breaking windows and knocking over trash bins. Officers searched the area and encountered the male who was clearly under the influence of a controlled substance. The male was uncooperative and started walking away from officers with a rock in his hand. The male was eventually cornered near a Church courtyard. After several commands, Police shot the male with a non-lethal bean bag round. The male quickly surrendered and was taken into custody.
