Shocking CCTV shows man being beaten before hit by car

555 Man is seen on CCTV being beaten up on a leafy residential Birmingham street. His trousers were pulled down by his ankles, hands tied and hoody then pulled over his head,he is deliberately pushed into the path of a car which then flips onto its side. Incredibly the victim survived and was taken to hospital while the driver fled. A 27-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder
