555 The police in Kiev confirmed the death of a pedestrian as a result of a collision of two cars near the metro station Dorogozhichi. According to the press service of the agency, the accident occurred from the side of Shchusev street. The victims were provided with emergency medical care. The number of victims is not called. The issue of opening criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 286 (Violation of road safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to eight years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years or without it. Causes and circumstances of accidents are established. Earlier it was reported that Nissan and Renault had collided at Dorogozhichi metro intersection. As a result of the collision, one of the cars was thrown onto the sidewalk, where pedestrians waited for the traffic light signal to cross the road. Three victims were reported.
