Drunken driver kills two ladies in the cross walk

555 The attempt to cross the roadway through the pedestrian crossing was tragically completed for two residents of Almetyevsk - they were knocked down by a drunken owner of VAZ-21099, and then disappeared, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Tatarstan reported. The registrar in the intruder's car, who was quickly detained, recorded the last seconds of women's lives. The road accident occurred at 08:10 am on August 30 on Shevchenko Street. Behind the wheel "ninety-ninth" with Orenburg numbers was a 28-year-old man, who, according to eyewitnesses, was struggling to keep on his feet. On the shots you can see that at the intersection he flew to a red traffic light signal. To react on the women who appeared because of the wagon, the driver simply did not have time - from the blow of pedestrians it was thrown almost 10 meters ahead. By the time the doctors arrived, there was no one to help - the victims died. The owner of the domestic car did not even stop, but he could not go far away. Now a drunken man faces up to nine years in prison.
