Body camera recording from incident involving police and man

555 A body camera shows Topeka police officer Christopher Janes approach a vehicle. He tells occupant Timothy Harris there is a parking issue. The Topeka Capital-Journal obtained the recording Tuesday through an open records request. The shows the Jan. 23 encounter that has led to a federal lawsuit. Janes, Harris and a woman in the car engage in an exchange about parking and another person's possessions.
