Driver attacks CHP officer in Chula Vista

555 After crashing a car into a tree in the South Bay on Monday a driver was placed under arrest accused of attacking a CHP officer. Officers say the suspect bit the CHP officer's arm and wouldn't let go. The man was eventually taken into custody. Investigators believe he may have been drunk.
