Dual Wielding Assassin Thwarted by Local Authorities

555 First time LL'er here. So basically this guy terrorizes our street on the daily... Walking around yelling at passer-byers in a very aggressive manner, staring into neighbours houses while smoking what I can only now assume is angel dust laced cigarettes... Long story short sweet karma came into play when the local authorities caught him at a bad time practicing his ninja skills out on the street....
