London gangs smoking and dealing drugs in public

555 These people of African origin and of Middle Eastern origin were openly smoking cannabis in a park in central London in broad daylight. I was in a hotel opposite the Argyle Square where this was happening - the smell of the marijuana was very strong. They are seen in the sitting on the bench passing spliffs to each other. The guys on the basketball court were dealing drugs. All this was happening in broad daylight, in public at about 4.30pm. They clearly had no fear of the police and no respect for the community of society they live in. Or any respect for the passer-by or residents who had the smell of strong drugs forced on them. I rang the police twice about this and the 999 operator refused to handle the call. Why not? These people were committing a crime in public. If they know they can get away with small crimes like this, then they will other bigger crimes, knowing they can get away with them. It's no surprise that London is broken, with stabbings, shootings and gang violence every day.
