Thai Woman Make Puppy Smoke 'Spliff'

555 Two Thai women were slammed after they made a sickening of a puppy - with a rolled up cigarette shaped like a spliff in its mouth. Rattiyakorn Prangthong and her partner Tango rolled up the paper and put it in the sleeping Staffordshire Bull Terrier's mouth. They then giggled as they lit it and the tiny puppy twitches its arm. Footage of the stunt sparked outrage from people who urged the authorities to check on the welfare of the animal at their home in Bangkok, Thailand.
