Too far? 'Dead body' Halloween mannequin terrifies LA drivers

555 Footage of a car driving down a highway in the LA area, covered in blood, with a terrifying 'dead body' hanging out of the back. It was "Halloween overboard", said the filmer who called the mannequin "real looking". The white Chrysler 300 was decorated with blood splashed all over it and "dead car accident victim dummy body parts caught up in [the] wheel, grill, and trunk."
