Heavy Rains Overflow Sewer Systems in Haiti

555 PHTK ruling party founder Michel Martelly recently called Haiti a latrine. There is no money for infrastructure like sewage & garbage systems. This is at Toussaint Louverture Blvd. & Rue Theodade in Port au Prince after heavy rains.
