UK - Thug sucker punches a guy who's pushing a wheelchair on Christmas Day.

555 16 year old from King's Lynn, Norfolk, England, was arrested after this video emerged on Facebook. The video shows a group of teenagers harassing a man pushing another man in a wheelchair, they count down and then the perpetrator assaults the man caring for the disabled man.
