Syncronised Roadkill as Driver Runs Down Two Pedestrians

555 Recently, a court sentenced a Tyumen resident to two years in prison for an accident, which he arranged back in May last year after a quarrel in a roadside cafe. The incident occurred on May 19 on the Yalutorovskiy tract. On that day, the 20-year-old Valery Molodtsov had an argument at a roadside cafe, after which he got behind the wheel while in a drunken state. After some time, he saw his offenders walking along the side of the road, dispersed and knocked them down. Then Valery stopped on the sidelines, but he did not approach the victims. The policeman who arrived at the scene, the cause of the accident reported that the driver was the other person. Then he changed his testimony and said that he wanted to scare pedestrians, but could not take his foot off the gas pedal in time - the limb was broken and was in a cast. Later, the driver told the investigation that the accident was preceded by a conflict - two vacationing companies had a fight. Valery got it too, although he was sitting in a cast with crutches and did not take part in the brawl. "I was so angry with my offenders that at the sight of them on the side of the road I decided to knock them off with a car and gave in to gas." - admitted the young man. The injured survived and ended up in intensive care with head injuries and fractures. To date, pedestrians have almost completely regained their health after long-term treatment. The court found the driver guilty of committing a serious crime and sentenced him to 3.5 years of strict regime. Valery is also obliged to pay compensation in favor of one of the victims for moral damages, medical and court costs.
