555 @ 35 Hilliard police on Wednesday identified a woman who was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on an Interstate 270 exit ramp Tuesday afternoon. Charlotte Finck, 83, of Hilliard, died at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, police said. Four other people were injured in the crash, which was reported at 3:24 p.m. Bakhadir Kuzikov, 57, of Dayton, was driving a 2015 Volvo tractor-trailer north on I-270 when he exited the interstate at Cemetery Road, police said. Kuzikov failed to stop at a red light at the top of the exit ramp, striking a 2006 Ford 500 driven by Sarah Popovish, 36, of Columbus. Finck was a passenger in the Ford. The impact of the collision forced the Ford 500 into the intersection, where it struck a 2011 Honda Odyssey driven by Jill Gillen, 45, of Upper Arlington. The Odyssey then collided with a 2014 Hyundai Tucson, driven by Kimberly Vance, 58, of Columbus. The semi rolled onto its side after the crash. Cemetery Road and the exit ramp to it from I-270 were closed for several hours as crews worked to remove the truck from the road. Kuzikov is a self-employed driver who works out of the Dayton suburb of Tipp City, police said. The crash remains under investigation.
