Driver cant run away from a police helicopter after a chase

555 Last night, a fleeing driver took off from two attempted traffic stops in DeLand. He was taken into custody after two good stop-stick hits by deputies stationed along his route. Guy Saintluc, who later urinated in our patrol vehicle and kicked a deputy in the stomach, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, battery on a law enforcement officer, dumping untreated human waste and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana.
