Sickening moment LIVE leech writhes after being removed from woman's nose

555 A leech was found living inside a woman's nose during an operation for its removal in Vietnam. The woman arrived at a hospital in Nghe An Province complained about a stuffy nose. Upon exploration, the doctor found the worm-like parasite inside the woman's left nostril. Footage shows the doctor removing the leech, which measured ten centimetres long, using a pair of tweezers on May 15. Once out of the man's nostril, the leech then writhes in between the metal tool. Doctors believe that the woman, who lives in a mountainous area, may have come into contact with the creature while drinking water from a stream.
