Driver slams into off-duty fire chief while fleeing police

555 Washtenaw County sheriff's officials on March 4 were chasing Dillon D. Mayse, 25, of Milan, a habitual offender and parolee, who was driving a stolen Jeep SUV, according to court records. Mayse crashed into off-duty Pittsfield Township Fire Chief Sean Gleason. He was later arrested and convicted of three felonies.
