555 This is the moment a quick-thinking street cook jumps into a pot of cold water after a bungling motorbike rider knocks over her wok and spills boiling hot oil all over her legs. CCTV footage from Ms Xu and her husband's restaurant entrance shows her making fried dough snacks on the pavement when the accident happens in the city of Fuzhou in China's eastern province of Jiangxi. The bungling biker, surnamed Huang, crashes the front of the motorcycle into a table, which pushes Ms Xu's wok off its gas cooker and onto the ground.
